As I was tucking Xander in for bed one night last week, he said to me, "mom I have a secret to tell you." He then whispered in my ear, "I have a crush on a girl in my class." Ahhhh!!!! What's her name? Breanne.
But, don't tell anyone!
I can honestly say that I didn't speak a word of it.
How cute is that. My little boy noticed a girl and he cheesed about it as he told me.

I can still remember the girl I had a crush on in the first grade. Over 50 years ago. Debbie Harts, she was so sweet. I told her I like her. I was never a "David". cornering the girl in the cloak room for a little kiss.
