Kenzie's a Teen-Ager.

I can't believe I officially have a teen-ager now. Where did the past 13 years go? It seems like just yesterday I pushing that little lady out. She had the cutest round face and head full of black hair. She was perfect. I also remember making the comment before she was born that she was constantly doing cartwheels inside me. Little did I know how true that would be.

For Kenzie's birthday party she wanted just a few things.
1. Highlights in her hair.
2. A Co-Ed late night party with Just Dance and Minute to Win it games.
3. An I.tunes gift card.
And that's exactly what she got.

We had a fun party for 10 of her good guy and gal friends. We did it down at the dojo in Lehi where there would be plenty of room for kids to run around, play games and do Just Dance.

We had cupcakes and other junk food for the kids to munch on.
And of course Blow dart guns!
Best party planners ever!!!

Here are a few pics from her party.

Kenz and Andrew doing 'Face the Cookie.'

Andrew stacking dice on a popsicle stick.

Megan and William went head to head in the marshmallow transfer.

Abby and Andrew competed against each other in the tissue game.

Sami and William had a shoot out.

Kenz and Andrew tried to see who could stack up first.

A couple of the girls got my camera.

Sami and Jacob shook it out.

Abby got her elephant trunk swingin'.

Sami is a swinger.

After the games it was time for Just Dance.

The kids had a blast at the party.
By 11:30pm we had all the kids back home and this momma was exhausted.

Idaho.

Here are a few pics from the springtime when I took the kiddos up to Idaho.
I believe it was at the end of March when I went up for Time Out for Women.

Not quite your size!

He tried so hard to start the 4-wheeler.

These two can always be found together.
And it's usually on the gator.

Lizzy was taking her daddy for a ride.
Literally, she was making it go.

Getting a little more extra energy out.

Xan-Man.

This is how you do a pizza dinner with a bunch of cute kiddos.

Who's That Girl??

Look at my beautiful Daughter!

Service with a Smile.

Dawson helped me clean out the van.
He's quite the good little vaccumer.

Spring is in the air.

I can feel the warmer weather and I can see the hints of springtime popping up all around me.

Flowers in time for Easter.

I love my flower beds.

St. Patrick's Day Celebration.

In addition to wearing the traditional green we also ate green.
No not the healthy green eating but green colored foods. Dawson's favorite time of the year. We celebrate with his favorite color.

Green pancakes.

Green eggs.

And green mini Pies.

Happy Birthday to Meeee!!!

So, I did turn another year older. With that came another wrinkle and another white hair. But it also brought fun with some good friends and yummy treats.

To start my birthday off I went to lunch with 4 of my dearest friends. We had tons of laughs and lots of yummy food.

While I was off driving Kenzie to gymnastics my Visiting Teachers brought me over a cake and some flowers. Turns out Ty also got me cake so we had double the cake and double the sugar intake. That also translates to yumminess!

Sawyer helped mt blow out candles.

My friend Juli gave this awesome candy bar bouquet.

Flowers from my VT.

As part of my birthday I requested that Ty and I recover the kitchen chairs.
I was going to go with one style for all the chairs but instead I decided to keep it mixed up.
I found the flower pattern and loved it. So I pulled coordinating colors from it and mixed up the patterns for the chairs.
They make me happy!

Swimming In March.

Ok. word to the wise. Never! I repeat Never, get 3 months behind on blogging. This might be a painstakingly hard catch up. Or a nice long trip through memory lane.

One Saturday afternoon, while Tyler was working I loaded up the kids and we headed to the Legacy Center for a little swimming fun.
The kids all took turns watching/playing with Sawyer. He was very good.
All the kids loved going down the water slide and getting dumped on by the giant bucket.
Kenz spent some time doing water gymnastics. She had several moms very impressed with her form and flexibility.

Enjoy the pics.

Waiting for the bucket to dump on them.

And off they go again.

Xander keeping a good helpful eye on Sawyer.

Sawyer jumping in and Kenzie helping him be safe.

My little fish.

Laying and playing in the water.

I wonder what these two are talking about.

The following pics are of Kenzie doing her own thing in the pool.
She's such a goof.
