Xander's cub scout troop held a rain gutter regatta event about a month ago. I completely forgot to blog about his awesomeness. So here it is.

No Star Wars ship would be complete without a captain.
Xander had a great time at the Rain Gutter Regatta. He won race after race after race. He ended up taking 2nd place out of all the boys. The final race came down to Xander and Jacob. They raced a best out of 3 takes it. Xander won 1 and Jacob won 2.
Xander wasn't upset at all. He lost to an 11 yr old who had him by a couple inches in height that helped him reach high enough to blow the sail better.
It was a fun time for everyone involved.

Do you remember when dad built gutter's for a regatta and painted them blue? Not sure if it was for David or Dan.
