Everybody's a Comedian.

I have found myself sitting back, looking at my youngest son and asking myself, 'Really another one.'
Another boy? Yes, he is definitely all boy. Another big personality? Yes, he definitely has that. Another loud, funny, wild child. Yes, he is all that too! But, another Dawson. YES! It's true. He is so much like his brother it's scary.
It seems I can begin writing a book about the funny things Sawyer does too. He makes me laugh as much as his brothers do. So, sit back and enjoy a few little stories about my dear, sweet, crazy 2 year old.
*Warning*
Some material my be very embarrassing to mother (me).
Some material my leave your insides hurting from laughter and may cause uncontrollable bladder leakage.
Disclaimer: Having school aged children gone all day and being left home with a 2 yr old makes me the recipient of a constant shadow. Like every mother out there, once you have children nothing is private anymore.
Read at your own risk.

Lets start small.

Sawyer and I wrestle often. I have been brought to tears on more than one occasion as I've taken a head-butt directly on my nose or head or chin. Guess you could say my 2 yr old can beat me up.

I have been "goosed" on more than one occasion. Items used for goosing consist of but, are not limited to  hangers, light-sabers, shoes, swords, hot-wheels, sippy cups, blocks, and probably several other items I've blocked from my memory.

Sawyer loves to talk to people on the phone. While talking to my good friend Tara, Sawyer came running over to say 'HI'. He kept repeating, "Inna talk, Inna talk." (I wanna) He instantly beams as I hand him the phone so he can say Hi to Tara. He tells her, "I play soccer ball. I run and kick it, and falled down. Bye 'Uv-U Tara'. (Love you Tara)

He melts your heart right. Ohhhh just wait.

Potty talk ahead.

Just this morning as I was going to the bathroom he walks in, grabs the toilet paper and says, "I wipe you."

Once while I was in the shower he climbed in (often does) and took a shower with me. As I was drying off my leg (before getting out) I felt my other leg get wet again. But the water was warm. Sure enough he was peeing on my leg.

After another shower as most women do I was wrapped in my towel putting lotion on my legs. I had my foot raised up onto my vanity. When dare I say it, I tooted. Sawyer squats down looks under my raised towel and says, "You poo-poo mommy."

Another time as I innocently sat on the couch Sawyer squeezes in behind me causing me to scoot and lean forward. He then proceeds to pull the waist of my pants out. While doing so he declares, "I check your bum."

I knew I should have been concerned when it was too quiet one morning. As I was doing my morning workout video Sawyer is often right by side, mocking my every move or grunt. His favorite thing to do is jump on my stomach during crunches. This particular time as I was laying on the floor he came running in the room and starts hitting my legs with something. It didn't hurt so I ignored him. Then he sat on my stomach and started hitting my forehead with it. Enough was enough. I looked at his weapon on a string and realized I was being assaulted with a tampon. (It was clean)

Well, there you have it. He's only 2 now so imagine the stories I'll have to tell in the future. This is only the tip of the ice-burg.

Cute! He's definitely something. Hope both of you survive D being in school all day next year. You'll be filling in for his afternoon companion. Think you can match up? Good luck to you both.
